Essential Functions Lead months end close through balance sheet reconciliations and preparation of consolidated financial statements for the CFO’s review Responsible for annual tax compliance and tax provision preparation Liaison for external audits in addition to completion of audited financial statements and support for calendar year end. Prepare and present periodic MIS reports for internal departments (Operations, Finance, Legal, Human Resources, etc.) Assist and Support in periodic TTB – DSP reporting and tax filings Lead accounting project which requires judgment and knowledge of US GAAP Lead P&L modeling in determine project based gross margin profitability Support requests from the local entity and various stakeholders throughout the organization Support FP&A in annual budget and periodic forecasting processes Establish and maintain systems and controls that verify the integrity of all systems, processes and data, and enhance the company value.
