Vice President of Capital Formation, Private Credit

Our client is a global investment manager managing over $15bn in AUM. They are looking for a mid-level fundraising professional to join them and spearhead AUM growth for their private credit platform. Responsibilities: Support the North American Institutional Sales team in business development across the U.S. and Canada. Drive capital-raising efforts independently, managing relationships with new and existing clients. Collaborate with the Investment Team to align product offerings with client demand. Build and maintain a strong professional network and reputation in the region. Ensure active communication with colleagues, including reporting on client activities and market trends. Occasionally travel within the region to strengthen client relationships. Provide CRM and email outreach support Skills & Qualifications: 5-7+ years of experience in institutional capital formation or fundraising investor relations Experience in private credit investments is preferred
