NO\nYears of Experience: at least 2-year of ED experience\nPatient Types:\nNeonate to Geriatric, busy LEVEL III trauma center. Pediatrics (25%) Administer TPa. All ER diagnoses. Busiest ED in the state. Pediatric Traumas. Ship out: neurosurgery, traumas, peds patients\nPatient Ratios:\n1:3-5 based on acuity; fast track (13 beds, green zone )\nER is set up in zones\nRequired Certifications:\nACLS, BLS (PALS and TNCC preferred)\nSkills required:\nAble to set up chest tubes, art lines. Assist with Trauma and Code cases. ER skills, Critical patients. Pediatric emergency medicine experience is highly preferred. Splinting. Good understanding of ESI.
