In this role you will be reporting to the Manager of Manufacturing Operations and the position is located in our Redwood City, CA headquarters. The role requires being onsite during the work week; with a shift starting at 6:00am or 6:30am. You will… Perform assigned product manufacturing and assembly tasks. Conduct quality checks on the functionality of parts and components. Collaborate with other departments such as Manufacturing Engineering or Quality to complete builds on time. Troubleshoot problems with equipment, devices, or products. Set up and operate production equipment in accordance with current manufacturing practices and standard operating procedures. Assist engineers in developing, building, or testing prototypes or new products, processes, or procedures. Maintain inventory of job materials. Maintain a safe and tidy work environment. Minimum Requirements: High School Diploma or GED. Ability to excel in a self-directed work setting and react to changing customer demands. Ability to lift 50 pounds. High sense of urgency with a focus on maximizing safety, uptime & quality. Eagerness and willingness to grow professionally and learn new skills to advance within the role and company. In order to maintain equitable internal pay practices, we aim to hire new employees near the midpoint of $29.33 , taking into account your experience, work location, certifications, and the unique skills you bring to the role. If you are not based in our Redwood City office, the range above will be adjusted for the geographical differential associated with your actual work location.
