Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Cannabis Cultivation and Manufacturing Technician to join our growing team. This role involves handling raw ingredients, manufacturing high-quality cannabis products, packaging, inventory management, and ensuring compliance with all regulations. The ideal candidate is a team player who is passionate about cannabis production and thrives in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities:
  1. Raw Material Handling:

    • Receive, inspect, and store raw ingredients in compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
    • Maintain accurate records of incoming materials and ensure proper storage conditions.
  2. Product Manufacturing:

    • Use raw ingredients to produce high-quality cannabis products, such as gummies, in adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
    • Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment to ensure efficiency and safety.
    • Monitor production processes to ensure product consistency and quality.
  3. Packaging and Shipping:

    • Package finished products accurately and efficiently to meet production goals and customer demands.
    • Prepare orders for shipment, ensuring all products are labeled correctly and comply with regulations.
    • Coordinate with logistics for timely and accurate shipping.
  4. Inventory Management:

    • Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accurate tracking of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
    • Report discrepancies and assist in resolving inventory issues.
    • Maintain detailed and accurate inventory records in compliance with company policies.
  5. Quality Assurance and Compliance:

    • Follow all company policies and procedures related to safety, sanitation, and regulatory compliance.
    • Assist in maintaining a clean and organized production area.
    • Participate in regular training to stay updated on industry standards and regulations.
  6. Collaboration and Communication:

    • Work closely with team members across cultivation, manufacturing, and logistics to ensure seamless operations.
    • Provide feedback and suggestions for process improvements and efficiency gains.

Qualifications:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications in manufacturing or cannabis processing are a plus.
  • Experience: Previous experience in manufacturing, food production, or cannabis processing preferred but not required.
  • Skills:
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions.
    • Basic math and inventory management skills.
    • Ability to operate machinery and lift up to 50 lbs.
    • Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
  • Other Requirements:
    • Must be at least 21 years of age.
    • Ability to pass a background check and meet all state regulatory requirements for working in the cannabis industry.
