Graphic Design and Print Production Coordinator
We are seeking a detail-oriented creative to join our team! As our Graphic Design and Print Production Coordinator, you will support two divisions of the Company’s Creative Team- Print Production and Marketing. Under the general supervision of the Creative Director, you will be responsible for supporting the Print Production Manager with the creation of wide-format designs, file setup, print production, and application for all client event branding solutions. This position also focuses on the graphic design and idea development of marketing touchpoints that aid the Creative Director within the marketing department for all sister-companies including All Occasions Party Rental, Marbella Event Furniture, Lendable Linens, and Artisan Tableware Co.

Work with clients to create/edit layouts and graphics to understand event branding needs Design and file preparation of wide-format prints Ensure accurate file formats and specifications are met Operate on roll-to-roll printer/plotter and wide-format laminator Perform cutting and weeding vinyl Execute application of vinyl prints to different surfaces Complete on-site installations such as dance floor wrap, window installs, stage wrap, etc. Marketing Responsibilities:
Design and produce flyers, brochures, and other promotional materials to support marketing campaigns and initiatives Help create and schedule engaging social media content, monitor interactions, and analyze performance metrics to optimize engagement Design and schedule outbound company e-blasts Update and design web related content Assist on internal company photo shoots Stay up to date on market and industry trends Other relevant duties as assigned by the Creative Director in support of the department's goals, objectives, and sister-companies’ mission Qualifications and Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Communications, or a related field Minimum of 2 years of experience in graphic design, with willingness and excitement to learn wide-format printing Ability to work a flexible schedule including overtime, evenings, and weekend work required Valid drivers license and ability to travel to install locations with personal vehicle Experience with both print and digital media is essential Proficiency of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Ability to work on a PC and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, RIP software, Adobe products and Internet applications Familiarity with video editing and social media graphics is preferred Creative with a deep understanding of design Solid understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines while maintaining high design standards Must be professional, motivated and have the ability to effectively communicate with internal employees and external clients Show initiative and must be flexible and adapt/react to change Desire to continuously work to upgrade knowledge base and skill set; Willingness to continually educate yourself Physical Requirements and Working Conditions
Work Location: Headquarters located in Eighty Four, PA Travel to event locations for installations required, including weekend and after hour Required to be proficient in English and to speak and hear Manual dexterity required for use of keyboard and telephone Must be able to ascend and descend ladders while carrying up to 25 lbs Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 45 lbs Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, and squat up to 8 hours a day Ability to physically handle vinyl and substrates About Us Crown Point Enterprises, Inc. is the parent company of three full-service event rental companies providing an extensive range of rental items and equipment to the Greater Pittsburgh Region and beyond!
