Join our dedicated team and contribute to delivering top-notch patient care in a dynamic and collaborative environment. Your Role: Evaluate specimen acceptability based on established criteria. Perform routine and complex technical procedures aligned with SOPs. Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot lab instruments. Prepare, test, and assess new reagents or controls. Deliver accurate and timely test results to ensure quality patient care. Conduct preventive maintenance and document quality control activities. Support specimen processing and maintain supply inventory. Adhere to safety standards and use appropriate PPE. Why Join Us? ASCP or AMT certified candidates preferred; eligible candidates must obtain certification within 6 months. Experience:
2–4 years of clinical laboratory testing experience. Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Chemistry, Clinical Laboratory Science, or Medical Technology (or as required by CLIA & State regulations). Key Skills: Technical proficiency in routine and complex laboratory procedures. Expertise in bacterial culture reading. Instrumentation troubleshooting and technical decision-making. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and communication. Familiarity with laboratory information systems (a plus). Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
