Solugenix is assisting a client, their search for a

Software Engineer (Automation).

This is a 6-month contract opportunity based out of Irvine, CA (Hybrid).

The Software Engineer is an instrumental role on our Automation Operations Team, focused on revolutionizing our internal processes through the design and implementation of automation solutions. This role plays a key part in enhancing operational efficiency, improving client outcomes, and maintaining our competitive edge in the industry.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in software development and automation. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, and SQL. Strong understanding of CRM systems, databases, and API integrations. Experience with Automation & AI tools and frameworks. Familiarity with AI and machine learning concepts and their application in process automation. Knowledge of the financial services industry, particularly in debt settlement, is a plus. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and collaboration abilities. Experience designing and deploying greenfield projects. Experience with specific CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Forth, etc.). Knowledge of data analytics and visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau. Familiarity with developing Azure Cloud Services. Understanding of regulatory compliance in the financial services sector. 3+ years experience with Typescript, JavaScript, Python, and SQL. 3+ years experience with message queueing systems. 3+ years experience building cloud-native software. Experience working on every aspect of the software development lifecycle including planning, designing, implementation, testing, deploying and maintenance. Experience with transactional and analytical databases. Understanding of relational and NoSQL database design. Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement automation solutions for CRM systems, data management platforms, and technical processes within our debt settlement operations. Leverage AI and machine learning technologies to enhance automation capabilities and improve process efficiency. Create and maintain scripts, workflows, and integrations to streamline data flow between various systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and translate business requirements into technical solutions. Develop and implement quality assurance processes for automated systems. Monitor and optimize automated processes for performance and accuracy. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for automation-related issues. Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends in automation and AI. Follow all policies and procedures for the department and Company, including personnel policies and expectations as outlined in the Employee Handbook. Other duties as assigned.

Pay Range for CA, CO, IL, NJ, NY, WA, and DC: $50/hour to $55/hour. Starting rate of pay offered may vary depending on factors including but not limited to, position offered, location, education, training and/or experience.
