Job Summary:

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional receptionist to join our team. The receptionist will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, handling a variety of administrative duties to ensure the smooth operation of the office. This position requires strong communication skills, multitasking abilities, and a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities: Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and staff in a friendly and professional manner. Manage the scheduling of appointments, meetings, and conference rooms. Maintain and update office records, files, and databases. Assist in administrative tasks such as data entry, document preparation, and correspondence. Ensure the reception area is tidy and well-organized at all times. Provide general information to clients and visitors regarding office policies and procedures. Handle office supplies inventory and coordinate with vendors for restocking. Assist other departments with various administrative and clerical tasks as needed. Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification or training in office administration is a plus. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) and basic office equipment (printers, fax machines, etc.). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. Professional appearance and demeanor.
