Job Title: Receptionist

Job Summary: We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional receptionist to join our team. The receptionist will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, handling a variety of administrative duties to ensure the smooth operation of the office. This position requires strong communication skills, multitasking abilities, and a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and staff in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Answer, screen, and direct phone calls to appropriate personnel.
  • Manage the scheduling of appointments, meetings, and conference rooms.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Maintain and update office records, files, and databases.
  • Ensure the reception area is tidy and well-organized at all times.
  • Provide general information to clients and visitors regarding office policies and procedures.
  • Handle office supplies inventory and coordinate with vendors for restocking.
  • Assist other departments with various administrative and clerical tasks as needed.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification or training in office administration is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) and basic office equipment (printers, fax machines, etc.).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
