Senior Account Executive

At NHS, The Senior Account Executive (SAE) is an account rockstar who can provide strategic recommendations and focus on growing Client marketing activity, in addition to managing all day-to-day Agency efforts on behalf of our clients. The Sr. AE fortifies internal and Client relationships and supervises the activity and development of junior team members.
the position:
Present creative to clients, be the champion and challenger of good ideas and feedback
Daily communication with the client and creative team; focus on building existing and new relationships
Write inspiring and informative creative briefs, ensuring all necessary execution and strategic direction is on point and on brand
Establish contacts and foster relationships with partner agencies and vendors
Create estimates and facilitate agency tracking of progress YTD for both marketing budgets and agency project estimates
Work with Finance team to perpetuate profitability on all jobs and ensure accurate and timely billing
Understand clients' business, brands and marketing strategies so you can participate as an active business partner
Enhance creative strategy with consumer insight, brand stewardship and business knowledge
Contribute to the career growth of more junior team members, providing solid coaching and guidance

the requirements: 4+ years of marketing/agency experience Strong leadership and interpersonal skills Highly developed client management ability Influential presentation skills Decisive and effective problem-solving ability Bonus points: Knowledge of digital media asset management and multi-faceted program/sweepstakes management
