Description
The Human Resources manager will be responsible for leading and overseeing the talent acquisition and the day-to day-functioning of the HR department
Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives
Handle employee grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary actions in accordance with company policies and legal requirements
Conduct investigations into employee complaints and provide recommendations for resolution
Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment and selection strategies
Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees
Develop and administer competitive compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain top talent
Provide guidance and support in administering employee benefits, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives
Profile
You have at least 5 years' experience in a managerial HR role
You have at least a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Human Services or related field
You have complete knowledge of Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and excellent computer skills
You have professional maturity and demonstrated good judgement
You are an effective leader
You have outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
You are a problem solver with proven ability to design and implement systems
You are a strong team player
