Master's Level SLP Needed -Maternity Leave Coverage

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team. This role will support our diverse student population by providing high-quality speech and language services.
Position Highlights: Provide speech therapy sessions through the use of current best practices based on prescribed services in the IEP. Maintain all documentation required by the district and ASHA's code of ethics including, but not limited to, daily notes, monthly summaries, and annual IEPs. Conduct initial screenings as well as comprehensive evaluations in the area of speech and language to determine students' need for services or need of dismissal from services. Participate in the IEP process in developing present levels of performance, goals, objectives, and treatment recommendations for students qualifying for speech therapy services. Requirements
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience working in a school setting is preferred. Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team. Strong knowledge of speech and language development and disorders. Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program. Commitment to ongoing professional development and continuous improvement. Current state licensures or certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Illinois.
