This will include teaching the Integrative Psychiatry Course. The work is periodic and based on the wellness education needed for the learners and team members. -Co-design a range of wellness programs and services for mental health patients engaged with UMN Psychiatry Services -Develop and deliver wellness-related offerings such as health coaching groups and wellness education to Psychiatry Department faculty, staff, and trainees -Co-design and teach the Integrative Psychiatry Course Qualifications Required Qualifications: -Bachelor's degree or higher in health coaching, health promotion, health education, nursing, nutrition, other health-related field, or counseling (such as positive psychology) with related experience -At least two years of health and wellness coaching experience -Ability to manage confidential information and follow FERPA rules -Excellent computer skills such as using Microsoft Office Suite, e-mail, and internet navigation Preferred Qualifications: -National board certification in Health and Wellness Coaching or in Nurse Health Coaching -Knowledge of holistic health principles -Prior program development, project management, and clinical research experience About the Department This position is located in the Department of Psychiatry & Behavioral Sciences. Pay and Benefits Pay Range: $70.00 - $100.00 per hour; depending on education/qualifications/experience.
