Law firm is seeking an Executive Assistant to join their Los Angeles office.
Responsibilities Manage calendars, detailed travel arrangements, complex itineraries and agendas
Coordinate meetings and provide support creating presentations and draft agendas
Track expenses, create & edit expense reports/invoices
Answer phones
Qualifications Bachelor's degree
At least 5+ years of providing executive level support in a corporate or legal industry required
Proficient in MS Office Suite, iManage, Chrome River required
Salary Range: $110-125K
