Law firm is seeking an Executive Assistant to join their Los Angeles office.

Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars, detailed travel arrangements, complex itineraries and agendas
  • Coordinate meetings and provide support creating presentations and draft agendas
  • Track expenses, create & edit expense reports/invoices
  • Answer phones

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • At least 5+ years of providing executive level support in a corporate or legal industry required
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, iManage, Chrome River required

Salary Range: $110-125K
