Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, detailed travel arrangements, complex itineraries and agendas
- Coordinate meetings and provide support creating presentations and draft agendas
- Track expenses, create & edit expense reports/invoices
- Answer phones
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 5+ years of providing executive level support in a corporate or legal industry required
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, iManage, Chrome River required
Salary Range: $110-125K
