::: {#description aria-label=" "} ::: {#jobDesc-row} []{#jobDesc} The Executive Assistant will be an excellent leader and will have responsibility for outcomes in three key areas: Exceptional Management of the office, Engaging the team of concierge and excellent support to the Executive Director. Fundamental Components: Manage a team of concierge that serve as a first-point-of-contact for the residents by understanding their needs and fulfilling them in a timely and efficient manner. Collaborates with the Executive Director and other leadership members to resolve resident issues and deliver excellent services. Interviews, selects, trains and supervises the concierge staff in the performance of their duties. Creates and maintains weekly Concierge schedules; provides back up coverage to the reception desk, assisting the concierge staff with resident and guest requests. Responsible for generating benchmarking reports, newsletters and other financial reports. Performs billing and accounting duties like accounts payable, accounts receivable, data entry etc. Orders inventory for the office.
