Job Duties
- Manage the schedule and calendar of the Executive
- Oversee the efforts of the concierge/courtesy team manning entrances
- Responsible for agendas and minutes of board meetings, leadership meetings and Association meetings
- Performs billing and accounting duties like accounts payable, accounts receivable, credit card/charge accounts, record donations
- Process all invoices in Yooz accounting system
- Reconcile monthly credit card and charge accounts
- Serve as the point of contact for resident questions, including billing statements
- Monitor move-out paperwork and process check requests for refunds
- Responsible for generating benchmarking reports, council meeting agendas, business and other financial reports
- Organize conferences and events, including catering, invitations and coordination of equipment
- Performs other duties as assigned by the Executive Director

- At least four years of administrative support experience
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Notary Public required, or ability to obtain
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Positive and professional image
- Must be flexible, detail-oriented and able to multi-task
