As Analytics Product Manager, you will play a key role in driving the commercial success of Analytics software products and ensure product growth and profitability in the area of Autonomous Network.

Key Role Asks: Defines and drives Analytics use cases and applications that address customer business objectives and immersive demands in close connection with customer interactions. Defines the product strategy, roadmap, and priority plans to ensure the Analytics applications are innovative and differentiative. Fully responsible for financial success (BCs, revenues, profit, ROI) for the product. Engages strongly and proactively with customers and sales/presales. Actively contributes to commercial model and pricing schemes that maximize Nokia's financial performance. Sets requirements and business priorities for the development team and works in agile mode with a DevOps approach for continuous improvement closely with R&D, subject-matter experts, and Delivery to develop and deliver the software products. Leverages partnerships and adjacent market best practices where applicable. Regularly analyzes market and competitive conditions and industry trends. Works closely with marketing to drive the visibility of Analytics products.

To be successful, an exceptional candidate will need experience in a business management environment and the passion to drive change. Basic project management skills need to be complemented with a portfolio and technical background sufficient for managing effectively technical stakeholders. The Analytics Product Manager acts as a mini-CEO of the product that is customer-focused, proactive, determined, driven, self-motivated, collaborative, flexible, agile, and result-oriented.

Technical Skills Several years of experience in telecom/IP/IT industry. Familiar with Data Management and Data Mesh Architecture is a must. Familiar with Autonomous Network implementation. Strategy thinker that combines business acumen and technical know-how to drive products. Proven track record from working with customers and in product management with the ability to identify and clearly communicate a product competitive advantage, positioning, and customer values. Highly analytical, hypothesis-driven, data-supported approach to problem-solving. Proven ability to take initiative and use consultative skills to build strong customer relationships. Proven experience in managing development and delivery matters. Ability to work in cross-functional and diverse teams. Change-oriented leader working in an ambiguous, constantly changing environment. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with staff at all levels. Self-motivated, passionate, and proactive to work independently in a fast-moving company. Confident and has strong decision-making skills. Resilient, thinks out-of-the-box. Fast learner and resilient in approach. Determined and result-oriented.
