EDUCATIONAL RECOMMENDATIONS Currently a candidate for a Master's in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Analytics, or a related field with an accredited school in the US.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Extraction and Collaboration:

Work closely with the Real Estate Data Analytics team to draw data from the data warehouse. Ensure accurate and timely data extraction and integration.

Dataset Development:

Build and maintain an abstract of datasets including portfolio, cost, lease, and utilization data. Ensure datasets are comprehensive and organized for analysis.

Dashboard Design:

Design and develop dashboards to display various analyses based on insights from the Portfolio and Strategy team. Use Power BI to create user-friendly and insightful dashboards.

Automation:

Develop and implement processes to automate the periodic updating of data. Ensure that data automation processes are reliable and efficient using Excel and Power BI.

Collaboration and Communication:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and provide analytical support. Communicate findings and insights effectively to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and data manipulation. Experience with data visualization tools, particularly Power BI. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Understanding of real estate data and metrics. Previous internship or project experience in data analytics.
