Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Child Care Director to join our team. As the Child Care Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our child care center. This is a leadership role that requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for working with children. Responsibilities: Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum and activities for children Supervise and support child care staff, providing guidance and training as needed Ensure compliance with all licensing regulations and maintain accurate records Manage the enrollment process, including conducting tours and interviews with prospective families Maintain a safe and nurturing environment for children, following all health and safety protocols Communicate regularly with parents to provide updates on their child's progress and address any concerns Collaborate with other staff members and administrators to create a positive and inclusive learning environment Experience: Previous experience working with children in an educational setting Familiarity with education administration and higher education teaching Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education We offer competitive compensation packages based on experience.
