MaineHealth Women's Health is recruiting for an experienced Advanced Practice Provider (APP),
Nurse Practitioner (NP), Physician Assistant (PA) or Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM)
interested in providing urogynecologic services in our Women's Health office. This includes assessing, diagnosing, prescribing, treating and educating patients about pelvic floor disorders. Provider will deliver team based care through shared new patient visits with our urogynecologists, pre and postoperative care, and managing outpatient panel with chronic pelvic floor concerns. Join our pelvic medicine team of specialists including urogynecologists, nurse practitioner, and a vulvovaginal specialist.
New Graduates with relevant Women's Health Nursing experience will be considered and are welcome to apply.
Schedule: Part-Time, 20 hours per week

Minimum Qualifications:
• Education: BSN/MSN and successful completion of nurse midwifery program accredited by the ACNM or successful completion of an approved Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program. •
License/Certifications:
Current license and registration to practice as a Registered Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant or Certified Nurse Midwife as required in the State of Maine. Current BLS certification. •
Experience:
Minimum 3 years of professional APP/nursing experience preferred. •
Experience:
Advanced skill and knowledge in conducting physical examinations and treating patients in expanded practice model with minimal direction at a level generally acquired through two to three years in-depth experience as a Nurse Practitioner or Certified Nurse Midwife. • Analytical abilities necessary to obtain medical histories, conduct physical examinations, prepare complex treatment plans, and treat assigned patients with minimal guidance and direction. • Interpersonal skills necessary to collaborate with a variety of personnel (e.g., patients, employees, physicians, and other health care professionals.)
