Business Development Associate (B2B Sales)

Fort Wayne, Indiana (Onsite with potential for hybrid work after six months)
Are you a motivated individual eager to kickstart your career in business development? Our client is seeking a driven and trainable professional to join their team as a Business Development Associate. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your sales expertise while working with a company specializing in media-rich training programs for Fortune 100-level clients.

Generate new leads through
cold calling (60+ calls/day)
and targeted outreach. Schedule and conduct virtual or in-person demos to showcase our tailored training solutions. Build relationships with VP, Director, and Manager-level prospects at large organizations. Collaborate with internal teams to craft customized proposals and solutions. Use CRM tools to manage prospects and track engagement. Meet or exceed goals:
2 demos/week and 3 proposals/month. What They're Looking For:
A Bachelor's degree and
1-2 years of experience
in sales, admissions, or a similar role. Proven success with
cold calling
and overcoming objections. Strong interpersonal skills, including active listening and clear communication. A growth-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive on feedback and challenges. Technical aptitude for CRM and sales tools. Preference given to candidates with experience in B2B sales, professional training programs, or e-learning. Additional Information:
The role is
95% office-based , with minimal travel (5%). Hybrid work arrangements may be available after a six-month probationary period.
