Reporting to the Senior Director of Academic Programs in Enrollment Management, the Director of the ISSP will assume total responsibility for and leadership of the growing academic support programs in the ISSP. In the past three years, the ISSP has acquired oversight for the institutionalization of the Title V Supplemental Instruction Program and the implementation of the new Academic Coaching Program, resulting in a 23% increase in the number of students served.
Responsibilities
Oversight and supervision of the PT professional coordinators for ISSP's two new programs: Supplemental Instruction and Academic Coaching. Launch new academic support modalities and technologies, including expanding online academic support services. Institute and plan for support of the College's burgeoning graduate programs. Develop targeted support services for special programs including the Freshman College, Adult Degree, and international students. Facilitate and oversee the implementation of the Program's strategic plan supporting student success, retention, and graduation initiatives. Direct the comprehensive assessment and evaluation plan for the Program to ensure attainment of strategic goals. Coordinate collaborative activities with campus stakeholders to support services for students across majors. Strategically manage the Program's budgets and ensure adherence to financial guidelines. Ensure the program maintains and renews its 5-year national program certification. QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree and eight years of related experience required. CUNY TITLE OVERVIEW

Administers all curricular, administrative, and financial aspects of the center. Performs outcomes assessment and creates strategic plans. Ensures ongoing faculty and staff development to support high-quality student services delivery. Manages annual budget and develops proposals for expanded center funding. Cultivates and maintains strategic partnerships; serves as primary liaison to faculty and administrators. Manages professional, instructional, and clerical staff. Performs related duties as assigned. COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
