RBR-Technologies is seeking a Systems Administrator to support one of our customers in Maryland.
RESPONSIBILITIES
What You'll Do as a System Administrator:
Support the implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of IT systems, with a focus on hands-on PKI (Public Key Infrastructure).
Manage the daily operations of IT systems, ensuring peak performance and reliability.
Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support, identifying, diagnosing, and resolving technical issues.
Support diverse IT systems, including client/server, storage, network devices, and mobile platforms.
Optimize system operations, perform capacity planning, and implement system enhancements.
Collaborate with internal customers to provide detailed feedback and escalate issues when necessary.
Configure and manage UNIX, Windows, and other operating systems, ensuring network integrity and operational excellence.

A proactive problem solver with in-depth IT troubleshooting experience.
Hands-on expertise in operating systems, network components, and system optimization.
A mission-driven professional who thrives in fast-paced, high-impact environments.
REQUIREMENTS
TS/SCI w/ poly
Ten (10) years experience as an SA in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required. Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university is required. Five (5) years of additional SA experience may be substituted for a Bachelor's degree.
PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS
Experience with end-user devices (mobile phones, mobile computing devices)
