Responsibilities: • Inspect the patients’ teeth thoroughly using diagnostic tools, procedures, and instruments to identify any areas of dental diseases and determine the overall state of dental health • Perform work that is in compliance with infection and infectious diseases control standards; office policies and procedures; and safety, OSHA, and MSDS guidelines • Coordinate and perform preventive dental care treatments such as sealants, x-rays, flossing, fillings, and fluoride applications, and cosmetic dental services such as whitening when indicated • Teach patients how to use recommended devices for orthodontics and dental appliances, such as dentures and retainers and educate on the importance of good oral hygiene • Identify oral diseases and provide appropriate treatment for common dental problems including cleanings, restoration, root canals, and surgical extractions Qualifications: • A minimum of two years of dentistry experience in clinical or private practice is required • Unrestricted and current state license in good standing • Additional certifications required: CPR, BLS, and NPI • DDS (Doctor of Dental Surgery) or DMD (Doctor of Dental Medicine) degree from an ADA accredited dental school, and a Bachelor’s degree are required • Great communication skills and bedside manner are vital • Must be proficient in treatment planning and treatment skills. • Very unique opportunity to join a well-run, patient-focused, a true multi-disciplinary dental practice that has established a patient base • Practice only accepts private and selective PPO plans with very good fee schedules • Must be able to work at least 2 days per week • Only looking to hire someone who is willing to stay for long term Compensation: $250,000 - $350,000 yearly
