Job Summary

We are seeking an Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to three senior-level executives. The successful candidate will have experience supporting senior-level leaders and be able to manage a variety of tasks with discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail. The role involves managing calendars, booking both domestic and international travel, processing expenses, and performing general office duties. The ideal candidate will demonstrate flexibility, initiative, and the ability to handle confidential and sensitive information effectively.

Key Responsibilities Travel Management: Coordinate and book domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries for senior-level executives. Calendar Management: Manage and prioritize complex calendars for senior-level executives, ensuring that appointments, meetings, and events are scheduled efficiently. Expense Management: Process expense reports and manage expenses in compliance with company policies, including using tools like Concur (if familiar). General Office Support: Provide general administrative support, including organizing meetings, maintaining files, and preparing documents and presentations. Confidentiality & Discretion: Handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion and professionalism, maintaining strict confidentiality. Multitasking & Flexibility: Demonstrate flexibility and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously, adjusting to changing demands and timelines. Independent & Proactive Work Style: Show initiative in completing tasks and working independently to ensure all administrative needs are met in a timely manner. Required Qualifications

Experience: Previous experience in an administrative support or executive assistant role supporting senior-level executives. Professionalism: High level of professionalism, business etiquette, and interpersonal skills. Discretion: Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and judgment. Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Flexibility: Ability to adapt to changing schedules and demands, and work beyond standard office hours when necessary. Technical Proficiency: Experience with standard office tools such as Microsoft Office Suite, email systems, and familiarity with travel booking systems. Preferred Qualifications

Experience at Client: Prior experience working at Client or in a similar financial services environment is a plus. Concur Experience: Familiarity with Concur or other expense management systems is preferred but not required. Prior Executive Support: Experience providing administrative support to executives in a high-paced, corporate environment is highly beneficial.

Administrative Support Certifications (e.g., Certified Administrative Professional (CAP)) is a plus but not required.
