Allina Health has a robust Mental Health and Addiction Clinical Service Line that offers the full continuum of care including integrated psychiatry, specialty outpatient clinics, addiction/co-occurring services, partial hospitalization, day treatment, emergency, and inpatient care.
Key Position Details: As a casual inpatient psychiatrist at Allina, you will:
Provide services for individuals experiencing complex mental health care needs. Support a comprehensive, evidence-based collaborative team-based approach supporting our patients' mental health and emotional well-being. Work closely with other areas of care, collaborating with teams on medical units, intermediate care and clinics. Cover vacations and leaves, requests/schedules are typically made one month in advance. Workdays are 8a-5p. No call rotation. Physical Demands Medium Work*: Lifting weight Up to 32 lbs. occasionally (*Allina Safe Patient Moving Policy), Up to 25 lbs. frequently Pay Range Pay Range: $314,000 to $339,000 per year The pay described reflects the starting base pay range, assuming a full-time FTE. Your starting rate will depend on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, your experience, education, and the union agreement (if applicable).
