AI Integration Specialist

We are seeking an AI Integration Specialist with over 3 years of experience to analyze company operations, identify opportunities for AI adoption, and implement innovative solutions to optimize business processes. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of business workflows, AI tools, and solution implementation and will leverage these technologies to enhance operational efficiency, improve decision-making, and drive innovation across the organization.
Responsibility Areas:
Analyze existing business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement. Investigate and prioritize opportunities for AI integration based on business needs. Research, evaluate, and recommend AI solutions that align with the company's objectives. Develop tailored AI integration strategies and present proposals to stakeholders. Integrate AI tools and technologies into existing systems, such as ERP and supply chain management platforms. Assist in the development, testing, and stabilization of AI models and solutions. Leverage AI systems to collect and analyze data, generating actionable business insights. Support data-driven decision-making across departments. Continuously monitor trends in AI and related technologies to identify opportunities for business application. Analyze the ROI (Return on Investment) of AI adoption and provide detailed assessments. Collaborate with internal IT teams and other departments to ensure project success. Provide user training, technical support, and documentation to maximize system adoption. Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, AI, or related fields. 1+ years of experience implementing and integrating AI solutions into business processes or related roles. 3+ years of experience in business analysis, system development, technical project management, or related roles. Strong understanding of AI models, including Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing (NLP), or Computer Vision.Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages (e.g., Python, SQL). Experience with AI solution integrations using APIs and cloud-based services. Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities. Excellent communication and project management skills. Ability to understand business processes and manage organizational change effectively. Bilingual proficiency in English and Korean languages. Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Google Cloud Platform (e.g., BigQuery, Google AI, etc). Experience with ERP systems and process optimization. Relevant certifications in AI/ML, data analytics, or related technologies. Familiarity with manufacturing, logistics, or inventory management systems.
Work Hours: Full-Time (Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM)
