IT Support Specialist

The IT Support Specialist will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting the company's technical systems, ensuring the smooth functioning of all IT-related hardware, software, and network systems. This role is vital for supporting day-to-day operations, including ERP systems, Google Suite platforms, internal servers, and other company-critical technologies.
Responsibility Areas:
Oversee the maintenance and performance of the company's system, ensuring smooth operations for all departments. Manage and troubleshoot issues related to the Google ecosystem (Google Workspace, Google Sheets, Reports, etc.). Maintain and monitor internal servers and networking infrastructure, including backups and disaster recovery plans. Provide end-user support for hardware and software issues (laptops, desktops, printers, etc.). Assist employees with technical issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring minimal disruption to workflows. Install, configure, and update software applications and hardware equipment. Monitor the inventory of IT equipment, managing upgrades and replacements as needed. Collaborate with the IT project manager to streamline and optimize system workflows. Research and recommend new technologies to improve the company's IT systems and operations. Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience) 1+ years of experience in IT support or a similar role. Hands-on experience maintaining web applications and internal servers. Familiarity with Google Workspace administration. Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues. Knowledge of database management systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL). Strong understanding in GCP (Google Cloud Platform) Basic networking knowledge (routers, firewalls, VPNs, LAN/WAN). Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks. Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying potential issues. Bilingual proficiency in English and Korean languages. Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with system backups and disaster recovery. Experience with logistics or supply chain companies. Strong understanding of data modeling, data architecture, and data integration techniques
Work Hours: Full-Time (Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM)
