In Humana's Enterprise Architecture Activation team, our mission is to deliver a perfect member experience by bringing forth the alignment of business strategy to technology strategy. As a Sr. Enterprise Architect, you play a pivotal role in the alignment of the business vision, technology strategy, and IT portfolio execution. You will be an integral part of the delivery of critical business outcomes and the creation of technology strategies to leverage the IT portfolio to improve member experience and health outcomes. We would love to meet you if some or all of the below describe you: Are customer obsessed Have a business-centric outlook Can understand both strategic and expedient views and balance their trade-offs Are driven, thorough, and self-directed Are able to lead through influence and persuasion Have Enterprise Architecture practice experience Are experienced in Hybrid and Cloud architecture and migration at scale Responsibilities: Serve as a strong advocate for the business segments within IT Ensure that technology execution aligns with business strategy Facilitate and drive adoption & delivery of the lean enterprise architecture practice within an agile delivery framework Continuously study and gain in-depth understanding of health care payer industry best practices, innovation, technologies, and trends Collaborate with business and technical teams to align and map the business vision and strategy to value streams Document the current state architecture, value streams, and domain capability models Define and maintain technology strategies to align the technology portfolio with business value Create and maintain documentation and artifacts that describe the principles, standards, policies, and methodologies of the enterprise architecture practice What does the ideal candidate look like? They have: Progressive experience as a senior architect or technical lead in large IT projects Expert knowledge and experience with architecture patterns for enterprise integration, system decomposition, refactoring, and cloud migration Expert knowledge and experience with cloud native architectures Expert knowledge and experience with highly available, fault-tolerant, and event-driven architectures Expert knowledge and experience with Enterprise Architecture, technical strategy, and technology roadmaps Technical expertise in one or more of the following domains: Identity and Access Management, Data and information management, Information security, Software engineering and delivery, Business Applications, Analytics and Reporting, Robotic Process Automation Required Qualifications Progressive experience as an architect or technical lead in large IT projects 6 or more years design, development, and testing of software applications Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field Associate or Professional Level Cloud certification in Azure, GCP, or AWS 1-3 years of experience in Cloud technologies or Enterprise Architecture 2+ years of project leadership experience Scheduled Weekly Hours 40 Pay Range $117,600 - $161,700 per year This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan based on company and/or individual performance.
