RHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a dynamic Corporate Accountant to join our client's team in Bedford, Ohio. This hybrid role offers the flexibility to work both remotely and in our Bedford office, providing the perfect balance of work-life integration.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
Manage general ledger activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close processes.
Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities, providing insights and recommendations to support business decisions.
Conduct variance analysis and identify trends to improve financial performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial planning and analysis initiatives.
Ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies.
Participate in audits and provide necessary documentation and support.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
Minimum of 2+ years of experience in corporate accounting or a related field.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
High energy, with a proactive and positive attitude.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid work environment.
