Client Accountant

What You'll Be Doing:

• Manage a book of 20-30 clients, depending on complexity
• Perform accounting tasks including payroll, tax returns, reconciliations, monthly close, and financial statement preparation
• Process accounts payable and other transactions as needed
• Interact frequently with clients, serving as their go-to advisor for financial matters
• Maintain and prioritize various client needs in a fast-paced environment
• Use QuickBooks and Excel to manage client accounts effectively

What You'll Need to be Considered:

• Accounting degree or equivalent experience
• Proficiency in QuickBooks and strong Excel skills
• High client service orientation and strong communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts and adapt to varying partner needs
