Job Title: Senior Accountant
Location: DFW Metro Area
Work Schedule: 4 Days On-Site, 1 Day Remote
Compensation: $105,000 - $115,000 base salary plus performance-based bonus

Position Overview
Our client, a rapidly growing company in the DFW Metro Area, is seeking a Senior Accountant to manage essential accounting functions, ensure accurate financial reporting, and maintain compliance with regulations. This position plays a key role in maintaining financial integrity and supporting the organization's financial objectives. The candidate will work on-site 4 days a week.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger entries, reconciliations, and accounts payable/receivable.
- Lead the month-end and year-end close process, ensuring timely and accurate preparation of financial statements.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports for internal and external stakeholders, including variance analysis and supporting documentation.
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements, maintaining strong internal controls.
- Support the budgeting and forecasting process, contributing to financial planning efforts.
- Collaborate with auditors during financial audits, ensuring accurate and compliant financial reporting.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to improve accounting efficiency and accuracy.
- Assist with the preparation of tax filings and ensure compliance with applicable tax regulations.
- Proven experience as a Senior Accountant or in a similar accounting role.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and internal controls.
- Experience with month-end close processes, financial statements, and audit preparation.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field; CPA preferred.
- Base salary ranging from $105,000 to $115,000 per year, depending on experience.
