Location: Austin, Texas Metro Area
Work Schedule: 4 Days On-Site, 1 Day Remote
Compensation: $110,000 - $125,000 base salary plus performance-based bonus

Position Overview

Our client, a fast-growing company in the Austin Metro Area, is seeking a Senior FP&A professional to lead the financial planning and analysis function. This role will be responsible for managing budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling while providing critical insights to support executive decision-making. The Senior FP&A position plays a key role in aligning financial strategies with the company's overall objectives. The candidate will work on-site 4 days a week.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the financial planning and analysis (FP&A) function, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
  • Develop and maintain detailed financial models to support strategic decision-making and performance analysis.
  • Provide data-driven insights and financial recommendations to senior leadership to help shape business strategy.
  • Analyze financial performance, identifying trends and drivers, and offer actionable insights to improve profitability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between financial goals and operational objectives.
  • Assist with the capital allocation process, conducting scenario analysis and assessing ROI on key investments.
  • Support monthly and quarterly financial reviews, presenting financial insights to executive leadership.
  • Continuously improve FP&A processes and systems to enhance forecasting accuracy, reporting efficiency, and overall performance.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Senior FP&A professional or in a senior financial analyst role.
  • Expertise in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
  • Strong experience providing strategic financial insights to support executive-level decision-making.
  • Proficiency in financial systems and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across departments.
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field; MBA or CFA preferred.
Compensation and Benefits
