Job Title: FP&A Manager
Location: NYC Metro Area
Work Schedule: 3 Days On-Site, 2 Days Remote
Compensation: $145,000 - $165,000 base salary plus performance-based bonus

Position Overview
Our client, a growing company in the NYC Metro Area, is seeking an FP&A Manager to lead the financial planning and analysis function, overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and providing strategic insights to drive business growth. The FP&A Manager will develop financial models and collaborate with leadership to ensure alignment of financial objectives with business strategy. The candidate will work on-site 3 days a week.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the financial planning and analysis (FP&A) function, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to support business decision-making and drive performance improvements.
- Perform variance analysis and provide recommendations for optimizing financial performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between financial planning and business strategy.
- Present monthly and quarterly financial reports to senior management, highlighting key financial trends and risks.
- Provide strategic insights to support capital allocation decisions and evaluate investment opportunities.
- Continuously enhance FP&A processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and reporting capabilities.
- Proven experience as an FP&A Manager or in a similar financial leadership role.
- Expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Ability to provide strategic financial insights to senior leadership and influence decision-making.
- Proficiency in financial systems and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage teams and collaborate across departments.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field; MBA or CFA preferred.
- Base salary ranging from $145,000 to $165,000 per year, depending on experience.
