Senior Accountant

We are seeking a detail-oriented Senior Accountant to perform analytical assignments, prepare financial entries, and contribute to the creation of accurate financial statements and reports. This position supports accounting leadership during month-end and year-end close processes while ensuring compliance with GAAP standards. The ideal candidate fosters strong relationships within the organization and with external stakeholders, upholds ethical conduct, and excels in interpreting financial data for various audiences.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting roles, with expertise in reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end processes.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and basic FASB requirements.
• Proficient mathematical skills for calculations involving rates, percentages, and ratios.
• Strong communication skills for drafting reports, correspondence, and presenting financial results to stakeholders.
• Experience in general ledger preparation and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in English with the ability to articulate complex financial concepts clearly.

Preferred Skills

• Master's degree with a concentration in Accounting.
• CPA certification.
• Familiarity with Workday Financial.
• Ability to assist in audit preparation and documentation of accounting projects.

Compensation: $85,000 - $95,000
Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
