Job Type: Full-Time 

Salary Range: $80k-$110k depending on experience
A leading real estate management company is seeking a Senior Accountant to oversee financial reporting and compliance for multiple properties and real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full cycle accounting for residential and commercial properties.
• Prepare financial statements, balance sheets, and income statements.
• Assist with property budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Oversee property tax filings and ensure compliance with real estate regulations.
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations and manage accounts payable/receivable.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance; CPA a plus.
• 5+ years of experience in real estate or property management accounting.
• Proficiency with Yardi, MRI, or similar property management software
