The role demands a leader with strong communication skills, the ability to influence stakeholders, and a proven track record in managing complex, mixed-use real estate portfolios. Applicants for the Vice President of Asset Management position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in real estate, finance, business, or a related field, with an MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
