LHH is collaborating with a company to find a detail-oriented and organized Staff Accountant to join their accounting team in Salem, Oregon. This position provides an opportunity to support the organization's financial operations while growing professionally in a supportive environment. See additional details below.

Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of experience as a Staff Accountant.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and formulas).
  • Strong understanding of GAAP principles and financial reporting standards.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Reconcile general ledger accounts, bank statements, and credit card transactions.
  • Prepare and record journal entries with accuracy and proper documentation.
  • Maintain and update financial records in compliance with GAAP and company policies.
  • Assist with month-end and year-end close processes, including accruals and account analysis.
Employment Type: Temp to Hire

Compensation: $25-35/hr. USD

Work Hours: 8am- 5pm

Location: Salem- In office

Pay Details: $25.00 to $35.00 per hour
