Position Overview
Rider University invites applications for an Admission Counselor who will be responsible for obtaining necessary knowledge of all aspects of Rider and acting as a credible spokesperson for the University in a professional and customer-oriented manner. The Admission Counselor will also be responsible for counseling prospective students, reviewing applications, making admission decisions, and managing a specific recruitment territory.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Experience
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Demonstrated excellent interpersonal, time management, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to prepare reports and statistics on a regular basis.
- Familiarity with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Suite and student information systems.
- Demonstrated knowledge of social media and digital marketing.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Effectively work and communicate with faculty and administration.
- Valid drivers license and vehicle required.
- Satisfactory background and/or DMV checks required
- Bilingual
- Music or arts background preferred.
