Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, including food preparation, menu development, and quality control. Lead and mentor the culinary team, fostering creativity, growth, and a commitment to excellence. Collaborate with the management team to develop and execute seasonal and innovative menus. Manage kitchen staff scheduling, inventory, and cost control while maintaining high-quality standards. Ensure adherence to food safety and sanitation regulations, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen. Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Executive Chef in a high-end restaurant or culinary establishment. Culinary degree or relevant certification preferred. Exceptional culinary skills, with a deep understanding of food preparation and presentation. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Who We Are: Milk & Honey Cafe
