Job Description:

Network Designs, Inc. (NDi) is seeking a motivated Quality Assurance Analyst / Test Engineer to support software development projects for Federal Clients. The QA Analyst must be knowledgeable and practiced in all aspects of Information Technology systems life cycle project management processes as defined in the Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Book of Knowledge (PMBOK) and experienced in automated testing frameworks.

U.S. Citizenship is required. Candidate must be able to obtain Public Trust clearance. This position is currently remote but may change due to contractual requirements. Qualifications and Experience:

BS with 8 years of experience in manual and automated testing of IT software systems. Familiarity with automated software testing systems such as Cypress, Selenium. Ability to translate system requirements into actionable test plans and procedures. Responsibilities:

Duties would include reviewing, monitoring, and observing product development/implementation/customizations (such as a software), project activities, Statement of Work completion, or service-level agreement (SLA). Create and maintain an automated testing framework using Cypress or a similar test automation tool, including a full suite of automated tests with a high degree of test coverage over user stories and requirements. They would be responsible for supporting the written assessment reports developed by the team and overseeing the recommendations developed to ensure they provide early warning to our clients of potential risks; including, actionable input and recommendations that can be tracked to completion. Lead or assist in software testing including a mixture of manual and automation tests to deliver quality effectively on time and budget to monitor progress against schedule (status and stage of completion), costs, requirements, and project Deliverables in compliance for risk indicators. Lead/oversee/support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), UAT reviews, data migration verification and validation, and deliverables that includes identification of potential risks and recommendations for mitigation. Make specific actionable recommendations to address any anomalies or findings reported. Participate in or lead a team in review and assessment of manual and automated testing tools, processes, and outcomes. Provide recommendations for improving quality and maximizing business value realization. Participate in, or leads a team, conducting oversight and assessment activities for large-scale software development projects. Support client management and stakeholders in planning for and addressing risks and issues as they occur, to ensure that the project remains on schedule and within budget. The QA Analyst interacts with multiple technical and business stakeholders and supports the client in assuring the successful outcome of the systems development / implementation life cycle.
