DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Cleaning and sanitation of brewing equipment and general brewery cleaning. Perform all brewhouse and cellar work at our 75bbl production facility including: Wort production CIP tanks, transfer lines, auxiliary equipment Yeast harvests, propagation, and yeast health monitoring Operate centrifuge and other filtration technology Perform cellar racks, tank actions, and dry hopping Carbonate and keg beer All tasks to be completed with a relentless attention to detail and focus on Beer Quality. Adhere to all SOPs for tasks assigned Complete proper documentation for completed tasks via Smartsheet Document completed tasks in ERP system (Orchestrated Beer) Identify, troubleshoot, and escalate mechanical issues to supervisor and maintenance team Raw Material receiving, preparation, and management as it pertains to brewing actions and transfer to our Santa Rosa Pub Brewery Assist with packaging tasks as needed Assist on any other Production tasks as requested KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

QUALIFICATIONS
Brewing science or applicable math or science degree or certification preferred Experience with Orchestrated Beer or similar ERP is preferred Proficient utilization of Microsoft Office applications for email, documentation, and calculation purposes Experience with Proleit or similar Brewing automation is preferred Mechanical proficiency sufficient to perform routine preventative maintenance and manageable repairs Knowledge of business math and its application to brewing science and production processes Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand the primary language(s) used in the workplace REQUIREMENTS
Minimum of 2 years of production brewing experience required Must be at least 21 years of age The employee is expected to adhere to all company policies Current Forklift certification (can be provided by RRBC) Hours of operation 6am-9pm, this position may require rotational on-call weekend and/or evening work PHYSICAL DEMANDS & WORKING CONDITIONS
In the unique and hands-on environment of beer brewing, employees encounter specific physical demands and working conditions, including:
Manual labor: Beer brewing involves manual labor tasks such as lifting bags of grains, moving heavy equipment, and transferring large volumes of liquid. This requires physical strength, proper lifting techniques, and the ability to occasionally lift or carry up to 60 pounds and manipulate and/or move up to 155 pounds. Repetitive motions: Brewing processes involve repetitive motions such as stirring, mixing, and cleaning equipment, which can lead to strain or discomfort without proper ergonomic practices.
