National Account Sales Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced National Account Sales Manager with a specialized focus on structural racking solutions. This role will be pivotal in driving sales growth and managing key accounts within the structural racking sector across our south-central territories (Texas, Oklahoma, Tennessee). The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, a deep understanding of structural racking systems, and the ability to cultivate strong relationships with national accounts.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company growth objectives within the structural racking segment.
  • Identify and target new account opportunities while maintaining and expanding relationships with existing clients.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering and product development teams to customize solutions that meet client needs and align with industry standards.
  • Conduct thorough market research and analysis to stay informed of competitive landscape, industry trends, and customer needs.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to key decision makers.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with national accounts, ensuring terms are favorable and aligned with company goals.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics, prepare regular reports, and provide accurate forecasts to senior management.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing expert guidance on structural racking solutions and industry best practices.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote products and build professional networks.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in business administration, Sales, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven track record of success in national account sales, with a minimum of 10 years of experience in the structural racking industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of structural racking systems, including design principles, installation processes, and safety standards.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close large deals and achieve sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information.
  • Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools specifically Epicor and Salesforce
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and the ability to develop actionable insights from market data.
  • Willingness to travel nationally as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certifications or training related to structural racking systems.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $80,000.00 per year
