CheckSammy is looking for a driven and results-oriented National Sales Executive with expertise in cold calling and managing national accounts. Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage prospective clients through strategic cold-calling efforts.
- Develop a pipeline of high-quality leads and opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Conduct thorough research to tailor pitches and presentations to client needs.
- Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers at national accounts.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.
- Develop and execute account strategies to maximize revenue potential and strengthen partnerships.
- Meet and exceed sales targets by identifying and capitalizing on opportunities within assigned territories.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and operations, to deliver tailored solutions for clients.
- Maintain an up-to-date CRM database with all client interactions, opportunities, and sales progress.
- Provide regular reports on sales activity, pipeline health, and performance metrics.
- Use data and insights to refine sales strategies and improve conversion rates.
Experience:
- Proven success in a sales role with at least 3 years of experience in cold calling and managing national accounts.
- Experience in waste or sustainability industries is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Exceptional negotiation, persuasion, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining a collaborative approach with team members.
- Proficiency in CRM systems (HubSpot) and sales enablement tools.
- Familiarity with online research tools to identify and engage potential clients.
