with expertise in cold calling and managing national accounts. This role is ideal for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at building relationships, and has a proven track record of driving revenue growth through strategic sales efforts. Key Responsibilities: Identify and engage prospective clients through strategic cold-calling efforts. Develop a pipeline of high-quality leads and opportunities to drive revenue growth. Conduct thorough research to tailor pitches and presentations to client needs. Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers at national accounts. Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction. Develop and execute account strategies to maximize revenue potential and strengthen partnerships. Meet and exceed sales targets by identifying and capitalizing on opportunities within assigned territories. Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and operations, to deliver tailored solutions for clients. Maintain an up-to-date CRM database with all client interactions, opportunities, and sales progress. Provide regular reports on sales activity, pipeline health, and performance metrics. Use data and insights to refine sales strategies and improve conversion rates. Experience: Proven success in a sales role with at least 3 years of experience in cold calling and managing national accounts. Experience in waste or sustainability industries is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly. Exceptional negotiation, persuasion, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently while maintaining a collaborative approach with team members. Proficiency in CRM systems (HubSpot) and sales enablement tools. Familiarity with online research tools to identify and engage potential clients.
