Description As an IT Sales Executive, you'll play a vital role in establishing the organization as a market leader in IT outsourcing. Proactively Prospect : Identify and pursue new opportunities via cold calling, networking, and digital outreach. Engage Effectively : Conduct engaging conversations with clients to generate leads and follow up on campaigns. Strategize Collaboratively : Work with the sales team to develop targeted prospecting strategies. Manage Pipelines : Build and maintain a pipeline of new business opportunities aligned with sales quotas. Cultivate Relationships : Foster long-term relationships with clients by delivering tailored IT solutions. Leverage Technology : Use CRM tools to streamline sales tasks and track opportunities. Report Progress : Provide weekly updates on key performance metrics and forecasts. Profile What You Must Bring Experience : 8+ years in IT sales or related fields with a proven track record. Established industry connections are a plus.
Sales Expertise : Success in generating new business, closing deals, and building lasting client relationships. Experience selling IT services, particularly nearshore solutions, is preferred.
Skillset : Proficiency with CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Job Offer
Compensation : Competitive salary with OTE between $100,000 and $300,000. Incentives :
