Scheduler

The purpose of the Planner/Scheduler is to work with all levels of the organization to plant and schedule machines to run corrugated boxes.

• Develop and distribute corrugator schedule (2 times per day).
• Develop and distribute converting schedule (2 times per day).
• Print and review sales backlog for scheduling meetings.
• Establish booking dates.
• Conduct roll stock and finished goods cycle counts.
• Update corrugator history manager.
• Setup daily transfers from outside warehouses.
• Schedule roll stock deliveries, track roll usage and order roll stock.
• Prepare and issue weekly inventory reports.
• Facilitate daily meetings.
• Meet with Supervisors on the floor to discuss Daily run schedules and priority lists.
• Complete daily, weekly, and monthly kiwi tasks and remove suspect data from kiwi system.
• Develop and distribute plant production schedules in a timely manner to ensure customer needs are met.
• Must comply and support all applicable GMPs, Site Security, and Food Packaging Defense requirements that are referenced in the facilities GFSI food packaging safety program.
