About the Company

My client is a leading enterprise SaaS company that specializes in helping companies navigate their Environmental, Social, and Governance tasks. They leverage AI and machine learning to drive impact for Real Estate companies and financial institutions across the world. They have a small base in NYC, but are looking to expand their sales team to help grow their client base in the US.

About the Role

The role is a full end to end sales cycle role to help identify target markets and verticals to lead outbound efforts.

Responsibilities:

  • Attract and cultivate new Enterprise customers to enhance sales.
  • Increase sales by developing innovative strategies.
  • Assist in generating new leads by effectively managing current connections and networking with contacts.
  • Negotiate prices in sales-related contracts.
  • Maintain robust relationships with existing clients.
  • Develop and present product or service presentations to potential new accounts.
  • Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and other relevant customer information
  • Have an intimate understanding of their businesss products and services. Keep current with the latest industry trends and news.
  • Attend sales meetings and training programs.

Requirements:

  • Have a strong background in closing new business
  • Experience and network with real estate firms is preferred.
  • Be experienced in sales and contract negotiation, especially with deals over $100k
  • Be self-motivated
  • Be able to handle high-pressure situations
  • Be able to work in a target-oriented environment
